INGREDIENTS

  • 3 sweet potatoes
  • 2 cups bedda Creamy Spread Bell Pepper
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 1 bedda Grated Gouda Style

INSTRUCTIONS

Finely slice the sweet potatoes and place in a baking dish.

Heat the Creamy Spread together with some water in the pot and stir.

Cut a bell bell pepper and add to the sauce. Let it boil briefly while stirring.

Pour the sauce over the sweet potatoes and sprinkle Grated Gouda Style over.

Put in the oven for 40 minutes at 130 degrees.

Tip: Serve with salad. The Nordic Dressing is particularly suitable for this.
