INGREDIENTS
- 200 g tofu block
 - 1 nori sheet
 - 75 g flour
 - 100 ml vegetable milk
 - 50 ml beer
 - 1/4 tsp garlic powder
 - 1/8 tsp smoked paprika
 - oil for frying
 - Spices salt, pepper
 - To serve:
 - French fries or potato wedges, bedda Tartar Sauce, lemon wedges.
 
INSTRUCTIONS

Squeeze the tofu. To do this, wrap the tofu with a kitchen towel and cover with something heavy. Let it rest like this for an hour.

Cut the tofu in half lengthwise and then diagonally, creating 4 triangles at the end. Cut the nori sheet into the same shape and place on top.

For the batter mix flour, garlic powder, paprika, vegetable drink and beer. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Heat oil in a saucepan. Once the oil is hot enough to fry, dip a piece of tofu topped with nori into the batter mix and coat completely. Carefully place the batter coated tofu into the hot oil. Fry for 2 minutes per side until golden brown.

Dab off excess oil with a kitchen towel and serve immediately with fries, bedda Tartar Sauce and lemon wedges.
