INGREDIENTS
- 1/4 pita bread
 - bedda Garlic Aioli
 - colorful vegetables for frying (peppers, zucchini, eggplant)
 - fresh vegetables (lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber)
 - 1/2 red onion
 - spring leek
 - bedda Greek Style
 
INSTRUCTIONS

Quarter pita and spread with bedda Garlic Aioli.

Sauté colorful vegetables (bell bell pepper, eggplant and/ or zucchini).

Cut fresh lettuce, red onions, and spring leeks into fine strips. Dice cucumbers and tomatoes.

Fill all ingredients into the kebab pocket and sprinkle with bedda Greek Style.
