Toast rolls with vegan cheese

INGREDIENTS
- 10 slices of toast
- 75 g bedda Creamy Spread
- 5 bedda Slices Grilled Cheese Style
- 50 g melted butter
- 1 tablespoon fresh, chopped parsley
- spices salt, pepper
INSTRUCTIONS

Trim edges from slices of toast. Then roll the toast slices into a thin “dough” using a rolling pin.

Spread a spoonful of bedda Creamy Spread on each slice of toast. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Cut each bedda Slice into 4 long strips. Place 2 strips on the bottom of each toast slice.

Roll up the toast slices from the bottom end. Place with the fold facing down.

Brush the rolls with the melted butter and place them on a baking paper.

Bake at 180 °C for 10- 15 minutes until the cheese is melted and the toast is crispy.

Serve rolls warm and sprinkle with chopped parsley.

Tip: Sprinkle chopped sun dried tomatoes, olives, peppers, capers or spinach on the toast slices before rolling flat for extra flavor.
