Grilled falafel with vegan greek style cheese and aioli

INGREDIENTS
- 12 falafel (or vegan meatballs)
- 1 tbsp bedda Garlic Aioli
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 pinch salt and pepper
INSTRUCTIONS

In a small bowl, mix bedda Garlic Aioli, a tablespoon of water, smoked paprika, salt and pepper.

Skewer 2-3 falafels on a barbecue skewer, brush the falafels with the aioli mix and then place on the grill (or in a pan). Grill for 3-5 minutes, turning occasionally, until the falafel are golden brown and have light grill marks.

Serve with additional bedda Garlic Aioli for dipping as a snack or mixed in a salad with bedda Greek Style as a main course.

Tip: The aioli marinade is also great with tofu or veggies.
