INGREDIENTS
For 4 persons
- 1/2 glass bedda Hollandaise
- 10 young potatoes
- 10 spears of white asparagus
- 1 pinch of salt
- For decoration: parsley and lemon wedges
INSTRUCTIONS

Peel the potatoes and asparagus. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and add potatoes. Boil for 10 minutes and then add the asparagus. Boil for another 10 minutes until the potatoes and asparagus are cooked through.

Meanwhile, heat the bedda Hollandaise in a small saucepan, stirring occasionally.

Serve the asparagus and potatoes with a pinch of parsley and salt, along with the bedda Hollandaise and lemon wedges on the side.
