INGREDIENTS
For 12 pieces
- 400 g pizza dough (one package)
- 150 g bedda Creamy Spread
- 100 g bedda Grated Gouda Style
- 50 g bedda Grated Mozzarella Style
- 200 g steamed pumpkin, cut into small cubes
- 3 cloves of garlic, chopped
- 2 tsp fresh thyme
- 1/2 tsp chili flakes
- spices salt, pepper
INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat the oven to 200 °C.

Roll out pizza dough and spread with bedda Creamy Spread. Sprinkle with chopped garlic, thyme, chili, salt and pepper.

Top with the diced pumpkin, bedda Grated Mozzarella Style and bedda Grated Gouda Style.

Carefully roll up the dough tightly and then cut into 12 slices.

Place the snails on a baking sheet and sprinkle with additional cheese, if desired.

Bake for 20-25 minutes until the snails are golden brown.
