INGREDIENTS

  • 750 g gnocchi
  • 75 g bedda Grated Mozzarella Style
  • 75 g bedda Grated Gouda Style
  • 1 can of chopped tomatoes
  • 5 suns dried chopped tomatoes
  • 1 finely chopped onion
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 150 ml vegetable milk
  • 1/2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tsp dried basil
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder (optional)
  • spices salt, pepper

Preheat oven to 180 °C.

Place 50 g bedda Grated Gouda Style and 50 g bedda Grated Mozzarella Style in a large baking dish with the remaining ingredients and mix well.

Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 45 minutes. Remove the foil, stir once and sprinkle with the remaining bedda Grated Gouda Style and bedda Grated Mozzarella Style. Bake without cover for another 10-15 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the sauce bubbles slightly.
