Vegan eggnog

Eggnogg, but without the eggs? Yes, please! This eggnog does neither need eggs nor milk to burst with flavour.

INGREDIENTS

For 3 person

  • 300 ml vegetable milk
  • 150 g bedda Whipping Cream
  • 50 g cashews, soaked
  • 3-5 tbsp. maple syrup
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp nutmeg, ground
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch cardamom

INSTRUCTIONS

Place milk and cashews in a blender and blend until creamy. If a high-powered blender is not available, then pass through a sieve to filter out small pieces.

Add bedda Whipping Cream, maple syrup and spices and blend again.

Serve cold on ice or warmed up.
