Grilled asparagus with vegan hollandaise and greek style cheese

INGREDIENTS
- 500 g green asparagus
- 15 g vegan butter
- 2 lemon slices
- 25 ml bedda Hollandaise
- spiralized zucchini
- pickled radishes
- arugula
- pea shoots
- avocado
- bedda Greek Style
- spices salt, pepper
INSTRUCTIONS

Divide the asparagus into two rectangles of aluminum foil. Top with the vegan butter and a slice of lemon, sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Close the aluminum foil over the asparagus so that it is completely covered. Then place on the grill for 10-15 minutes until the asparagus is soft but still has bite. Alternatively, bake the asparagus in the oven at 200 °C for 15-20 minutes.

Carefully open the aluminum foil and gently stir the asparagus so that each piece is covered with the butter. Remove the lemon slices.

Serve warm with bedda Hollandaise on the side or slightly cooled with green vegetables with diced bedda Greek Style and drizzled with bedda Hollandaise.
