INGREDIENTS
For 4 portions
- 1 eggplant
 - 1 red onion
 - 1 zucchini
 - 1 yellow bell pepper
 - 1 orange bell pepper
 - 15 cherry tomatoes
 - 15 mushrooms
 - 2 tablespoons bedda Mayo
 - 2 tablespoons white wine
 - 1/2 tablespoon soy sauce
 - bedda Tartar Sauce
 - bedda Nordic Dressing
 - spices salt, pepper
 
INSTRUCTIONS

Cut the vegetables into small pieces and put them on skewers.

In a bowl, mix bedda Mayo, white wine and soy sauce. Season with salt and pepper.

Coat the vegetable skewers with the mix and place directly on a hot grill, turning occasionally. Remove the vegetables from the grill when they are browned and cooked through.

Serve the skewers with bedda Tartar Sauce.

Alternatively, remove the vegetables from the skewers and serve as a salad with bedda Nordic Dressing.
